Yes. TimeFactor offers free access to the tool. Please note that:
  • TimeFactor's free version is different from the 15-day free trial.
  • You may find the free version limited in features. So, you can upgrade to the premium version at a highly competitive price on the market.
Our 15-day trial is full of features. It feels and works like you're using a premium account. But, if you don't convert the 15-day trial to the free or premium plan, it will expire, and you won't be able to access the account.
No! Being a reliable tool, TimeFactor respects your privacy and protection. The software only records the number of mouse clicks and keystrokes. It never records what information you're typing.
TimeFactor records all the websites and applications your employees or team members use while tracking time. The tool generates all the information in a detailed and easy-to-read report. You can see the user's name and time spent on each activity while TimeFactor is on.
Clients are a type of TimeFactor user. So, they also have access to the software but only for the projects related to them. Please note that the client won't be able to make any changes. They only act as observers and can just view timesheets, reports, etc.
Using TimeFactor, you can invite an unlimited number of clients to observe (but not change or edit anything). Alternatively, you can download CSV, XLS, or PDF reports and share or send the files to your clients.
